This was my first visit to an ENT. He was very personable, reassuring and fix my problem on the spot.
Front desk was super. Liked the electronic forms. Dr. Wong was very personable and very professional. He related information to me in a way that was understandable.
I was very pleased with my visit with Dr. Wang. He was very professional and thorough questioning and treating my issues. I will highly recommend Dr. Wang to everyone I know.
The visit was very pleasant. The office personnel and Dr. Wang are very professional and knowledgeable in this field. Dr. Wang is an expert and I am confident in his diagnosis of my medical issue.
Did not recommend any unnecessary procedure or treatment option.
Great doctor would definitely recommend ! He's very attentive, friendly and put my mom who's his patient at ease.
Excellent visit. Filled out all the paperwork online prior to my first visit. All I had to do upon arrival was supply my license and insurance for them to make copy for my first time visit. Dr. saw me promptly and took time to address any questions I have and lay out all my treatment option. I would highly recommend Dr. Wang to my friends and family.
all use very good except the parking and walking to get to the appointment
Dr Wang was very professional and informative. Thank you.
Not only did I have to wait because my appointment wasn't scheduled correctly, but I was also told one thing and it wasn't even true! I called back to see what was going on and spoke to the nurse Heather. She was so incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I called my insurance to verify, the medicine wasn't even covered! Talk about a waste of money and gas to see this doctor.
This was absolutely my worst doctor visit ever! I sat in the chair listening to him and his staff laughing and talking for over twenty minutes, not to mention that he stuck his head out of the door to talk three times, and only one of them had anything to do with my visit. I left there wondering what had just happened???? I was thoroughly disappointed, as what I read in the reviews and what I experienced were worlds apart!
Very informative and professional.
Dr. Wang was very collected and knowledgeable. I felt like he always had the situation under control, and he was easy to talk to.
He was very professional and took the time to explain all the issues that he saw.
Dr Wang is very friendly, professional, still had my records from a few years back which was very important. And now we will proceed with curing my problems, I have no doubt.
Very professional. Brian asks very thorough questions and does a good job trying to be very specific in his diagnosis. Easy to understand and is patient in gaining your feedback. Was great to see them collect the laborious patient profile questions electronically as opposed to completing pages of paper.
I love that he has many locations. I went during work and I had asked beforehand that I only have an hour to spare and I was in and out by 45 minutes. He asked me many questions clearly and paid attention to what I was saying. He was also very professional and funny.
Dr. Wang was very easy to talk to. His manner was relaxed and easygoing. He let me take my time asking questions without making me feel he wanted to get away to his next patient.
While the wait was excessive, the doctor still took his time with me and answered all of my questions.
He wasn't cheap! :-) But really great bedside manner. I felt like he really understood and cared about the issues I've been experiencing and I was able to leave his office with a solid treatment plan.
surprised at the long wait time in the patient room.
Dr. Wang is excellent!!! My son was seen by 2 other ENT's who would not approve him for tubes. My son continued to have chronic ear infections. Dr. Wang said my son defiantly needed tubes. They scheduled us for surgery within 3 weeks. My son hasn't had one ear infection after surgery and he is doing well =)
...Stressful to deal with his assistant Heather. I did not feel that I am being cared for as a patient that I had to call to check if my culture result came out and that I had to adjust my schedule at work. I am just an employee and I will need permission from my office manager to leave the office. It did not seem like it matters to this office at all. Seen him for 3 months but my condition was not resolved. I now have a new doctor that I am very happy with.
Very professional and friendly. Made me at ease and answered all my questions and concerns. Very happy with appointment
Very informative, and great sense of humor. Extremely prepared to handle patients' conditions.
Very thorough and straight forward
Dr. Wang was wonderful....was not in a hurry and took his time explaining every procedure.
Great, slightly difficult to find.
Great doctor and very personable. Sometimes people fee uncomfortable at the doctor, but he made me feel right at home. He treated me and talked to me more like a friend than a number, and I had never even seen him before.
I think the location is easy to get to downtown. I would have liked to see before and after pictures of the procedure discussed. The wait time was a little long; however, I anticipate other like myself have questions so its understandable. I am hoping all interactions will have a positive outcome. Dr. Wang seems qualified and comfortable with the procedure.
Absolutely wonderful. Great beside manner, gentle and concerned with the level of pain I was in. Fast diagnosis, medicine and explanation. He was also great with my 2 yr old that I had to bring with me. Def will be back!
Great doc. Took care of my needs appropriately. Extended wait was likely due to flash flooding on day of appointment and not the fault of the office. Still got in there pretty quickly though!
Excellent communication, will visit again.
I feel that I got a thorough examination with good discussion about my problem. He did not walk in with a prescription pad in his hand; and he did not rush me in and out. I was pleased with my visit with the doctor; ......... and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful.
My first visit and felt at ease, very impressed.
Very personable, did not have a time limit like so many other doctors. Spent time with me until all my questions/concerns were answered.
wonnderful and extremely competent doctor...highly recommended.
Very personable and knowledgeable.
As a senior citizen, I am becoming accustomed to meeting physicians who are the age or younger than my own children. Sometimes a positive experience and sometimes not so much. I am totally impressed with this young doctor. His expertise, patience and compassion exceed by many years his physical appearance. That combined with an absolutely charming, friendly and accommodating staff made my visit a truly rewarding experience. I consider myself his newest and biggest fan in Houston! I am grateful to have access to someone of his extraordinary talents.
