Brian White, PMHNP

Adult Psychiatric & Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
CO
The focus of my practice is treating adults with anxiety, depression, OCD, and ADHD. I am passionate about advocating for, and collaborating with, clients to achieve their fullest potential. I use a holistic treatment approach that is evidence-based and supports best practice for the treatment of anxiety, depression, OCD, and ADHD. Collaboration is key, and I will work with clients to develop their individual plan of care for treatment using various therapies, including pharmaceutical therapy. My overriding goal is to help clients manage their anxiety, depression, OCD, and ADHD symptoms well enough that the symptoms no longer interfere with daily life. Treatment options may include medication therapy, referrals for psychotherapy, and skills training to build useful coping strategies to manage symptoms. My clinic hours are 9 am to 6 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. I am out of the clinic on Fridays and Sundays and will make every effort to respond to messages promptly. However, I may not be able to respond to messages until my next clinic day. I will make every effort to message during regular clinic days to make sure your needs get met in a timely fashion. Please call 911 for psychiatric or medical emergencies, or the Mental Health Crisis Line at 988 for available mental health support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. I look forward to working with you! SPECIAL NOTE: I do not prescribe benzodiazepines such as Xanax, Klonopin (Clonazepam), and Ativan. Please reach out if you have any questions.
