“I just moved to Houston recently and has been searching for a new primary care doctor. My surprise Dr Jarret was everything I was searching for. First off the building is beautiful, the reception area was clean and comfortable and I loved how innovative this location is. They communicate at every step of the way with you, from things like how long before you get to a room to things like your nurse is coming to the door to get you. Every single person I encountered was amazing, from the doctor, to the nurses, to the staff and even the security guard. This might be the best doctors office I have ever been to. I am grateful for today’s visit and can’t wait to come back.”

Honestly, she wasn’t mean but her presence wasn’t too welcoming. I asked a question out of curiosity and she made me feel like the question was stupid and I didn’t really like that. Wasn’t as thorough and kind as I want my provider to be.

I finally understand why it's important to have your primary care doctor. In the past with other doctors, I've felt like a number or an item on a to-do list but not with Dr. Jarrett. The office is incredibly well run. I was seen early, left swiftly, but still felt cared for and like the staff and Dr. Jarrett really listened.
Dr. Jarrett is warm, kind, and asks good questions without being clinical. I didn't feel judged or rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Jarrett to anyone looking for a primary doctor.

Everyone in the office was so kind . I love that they have their own lab so if you need blood work, they can do it before you leave your appointment. The results came back in 2 days! Dr. Jarrett was very kind and welcoming. It didn’t feel like i was talking to a doctor she was fully engaged and looking directly at me while speaking and not at her computer. Little things like that shows me that she loves her job to help others and not just for the money.
