Absolutely loved the provider. She was very clear and helpful with the diagnosis, medication and follow up.
Did not love that the person who checked me into the appointment (took my payment) seemed annoyed and used the “R” word.

Everything went smooth with textual provider. I was caught off guard by front desk worker taking my phone when I only had insurance card on it as I am very capable of sending insurance card via mail instead of front desk taking phone and trying to do it themselves with no explanation and just going through phone.

I don’t really like to make extensive reviews but I feel like this is well deserved and important. I’d highly recommend seeing Briana Bevilaque. Important to mention that as a person of color, with this provider I felt seen, heard, and not overlooked in any way. She is very knowledgeable about treating people of color and gave me products that were catered to my hair care and skin type. Everything was explained to me in great detail, I left knowing exactly what each medication I was being prescribed was for which I’ve never experienced. I understand so much more about what’s going on with my skin and exactly how my treatments will help. All my questions were answered thoughtfully. While I don’t think this should ever be an issue, that’s not always the case. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience seeing this provider.

Dr. Bevilaque is simply the best. She's knowledgeable and, courteous. The staff is excellent. I called the office on my way because, my GPS wasn't working properly. A member of the staff at the front desk, helped me find the office. My visit went well.
