As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and the effects of chronic stress and trauma. To ensure safe and responsible care: I do not prescribe stimulant medications at the initial visit This is a Benzodiazepine (Benzo) and Z-drug-free practice. We do not prescribe: Xanax (alprazolam), Valium (diazepam), Ativan (lorazepam), or Z drugs such as Ambien (zolpidem): Lunesta (eszopiclone), Sonata (zaleplon) I do not provide disability evaluations or emotional support animal (ESA) letters My priority is delivering ethical, clinically sound treatment that supports lasting improvement—not quick fixes.
