309 Fellowship Rd, Ste 200, Mount Laurel, NJ
Hi, I’m Bridget Okeke, APN, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over nine years of nursing experience—four of which have been dedicated exclusively to psychiatric care. My journey in mental health has led me through diverse clinical settings, including inpatient psychiatry, community-based crisis stabilization, and substance use treatment programs. These experiences have deepened my passion for helping individuals of all ages manage a wide range of mental health challenges, including mood disorders, major depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, psychotic disorders, substance use, and chronic mental illness. My approach to care is grounded in compassion, clinical excellence, and collaboration. I provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and medication management while integrating brief therapeutic interventions and psychoeducation. I believe that mental health treatment should be personalized, client-centered, and rooted in evidence-based practices. During your initial visit, we’ll complete a thorough psychiatric evaluation, clarify treatment goals, and discuss individualized options that best support your unique needs. I’m also proud to work alongside a team of skilled clinicians and am always happy to coordinate care when it enhances outcomes for my clients. At Peaceful Oasis Solutions LLC, I strive to create a supportive, stigma-free environment where you feel heard, empowered, and equipped to take the next steps toward wellness. I look forward to walking this journey with you.
