Thank you for booking with us and Welcome to Oasis Mental Health Services ! We are excited to assist you on your mental health journey. After Scheduling through Zocdoc, you'll receive a secure email from "Therapynotes" with link to create login for your patient portal. Please access the portal and complete the requested documents. You will also be joining your consultation through this portal, so please make sure to set up your access before your appointment to complete your intake forms. Our team will also reach out by email and Phone to support and assist you with any issue. Once your Paperwork is completed, your appointment will be fully confirmed and your time reserved.
