What should a new client know about working with you?
Brigitte Njoroge has over 18 years of mental health experience. Brigitte takes an individualized approach to mental health treatment, utilizing evidence-based practices, medication management, and cognitive behavioral therapies
What is your typical process for working with clients?
An initial appointment is 60 minutes, which consists of provider getting to know the patient mental health symptoms, history, family background and current stressors. This is the intake process.
If medication management is required, will review all patient medications and advice on treatment plan based on evidence based practice with consideration of any previous medication experiences (positive or negative). We offer genetic testing if required. Communication with provider is encouraged to ensure continuum of care. During this time we can address any therapy goals as well.
