What should a new client know about working with you?
You do not have to stay stuck in low self worth, worry, or feeling like you are falling behind. I am currently accepting new adult patients, with appointments available within the week. If you want a warm, honest clinician who motivates you, helps you rebuild confidence, and creates a plan you understand and believe in, I would love to meet you.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
In our first visit we will review your history, what is happening now, and what you want to change. I provide clear education on diagnoses and treatment options, including how long meds may take to work, expected outcomes, and side effects. Patients often tell me they feel truly listened to, not talked over, and that we build a plan together.
