About Brittany Alston
Family medicine allows me to care for people at every stage of life while managing both acute and chronic conditions. I love my work and am passionate about building long-lasting, meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
My goal is to help each person become the best version of themselves - mentally, physically and emotionally. I do that through compassionate, comprehensive and continuous care.
I view each patient as an individual with their own needs, goals and lifestyle. I believe in working with patients - not just treating them - to manage medical conditions in a way that feels personalized and sustainable for them. I encourage patients to be actively involved in their care, and I value developing treatment plans in tandem with them.
Outside work, I value maintaining a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. I enjoy working out, traveling and seeking out new experiences, including trying new foods and discovering different cultures. I cherish spending quality time with my loved ones, and I believe those connections help keep me grounded.
Every so often, I appreciate a quiet day to unwind and binge-watch my favorite shows. All these interests help me stay energized, open-minded and connected on both personal and professional levels.
