My advanced training includes concentrations in Solution-Focused Coaching and Medical Family Therapy, which inform my collaborative, strengths-based, and whole-person approach to care. What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, life transitions, relational stress, and complex family dynamics, including high-conflict and court-involved cases. My clinical work integrates evidence-based approaches such as CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, with faith-integrated therapy available when aligned with client preferences.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process is relational and collaborative, with an emphasis on helping clients feel comfortable and understood from the start. Sessions often involve conversation, reflection, and gentle exploration of your experiences, patterns, and the stories you’ve carried about yourself and your relationships. I incorporate narrative approaches to help clients make meaning of their experiences and begin reshaping unhelpful or limiting stories. Together, we set goals, move at a pace that feels right, and adjust our work as your needs and priorities evolve.
