The key to cognitive wellness is to first recognize, acknowledge, and understand the difficulties that life may throw our way, and how YOU as an individual have responded to such. I have worked with a variety of mental health concerns including, but not limited to, major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, trauma disorders, psychotic disorders, attention deficit disorders, mood disorders, and sleep disorders. My goal as a provider is to uncover, discover, and learn about what makes you, YOU. I believe that having a relaxed and comfortable relationship with your mental health-care team ensures open and honest communication. This aspect of communication has been proven to increase the success rate of meeting treatment plan goals. Whether you need short-term care or long-term care, I will help you every step of the way. I am a Bucks County native who enjoys food and shopping. My favorite color is red, my favorite season is Fall, and my favorite show is Friends-(Could that BE any more obvious?) I don't have any special or hidden talents, never could sing a tune without my voice cracking, and I can't dance to save my life-but I admire those who do have special or unique skills and characteristics-so please share this with me!
