Brittany Payton, RD, LD is a licensed registered dietitian with over 19 years of experience helping clients heal the root causes of chronic health issues, including prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, hormonal imbalances, inflammation, stubborn weight gain, and digestive problems. She’s dedicated to helping clients build a healthier relationship with their body and with food.
Brittany’s passion for nutrition stems from her own health journey. After facing serious health issues that led to recommendations for surgery and lifelong medications, she sought a different path—turning to food as medicine. Experiencing firsthand the healing power of a root-cause approach transformed how she now guides clients through their own health challenges.
She empowers clients to move beyond restrictive diets and quick fixes by combining clinical expertise, functional nutrition, and realistic lifestyle strategies. Brittany believes sustainable healing starts with education, partnership, and grace—helping clients connect the dots between their lifestyle, labs, and health concerns.
