About Brittany Taitano
Brittany Taitano is a dedicated, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Her passion is to provide compassionate and collaborative care to her patients while serving as a strong advocate for their health and well-being. Brittany understands that every patient is unique and requires personalized care. That's why she strives to build strong relationships with her patients based on mutual trust and respect. She takes the time to listen to their concerns, answer any questions they may have, and involve them in their own treatment plans. She believes that showing empathy toward patients not only helps them feel more comfortable but also enables her to better understand their medical needs. Brittany graduated with her nursing degree from Regis University and spent over five years caring for patients at St. Joseph Hospital as a nurse. She obtained her Master's of Science in Nursing from Regis University and is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. A Colorado native, Brittany enjoys snowboarding, hiking, fishing, biking, and spending time with her family in her spare time.

I came in for a routine physical, and the experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Unnecessary tests caused the appointment to run out of time, and I was told to return the next day after being assured the follow-up would not be billed. When I returned, I was told I would be charged anyways. During the exam, Brittany Taitano discussed billing while I was on the exam table, which was inappropriate during a women’s exam. The exam was rushed, extremely painful, and no effort was made to ensure comfort. Although I was later told the fee would be waived, the visit was billed to my insurance. Lab results were provided with no explanation, incorrect billing codes were used, and calls for clarification went unanswered. Overall, this office lacks professionalism and patient-centered care.

I was uneasy to find a new provider when I found out my new insurance was no longer accepted by my existing provider, whom I trusted and loved. My experience with Brittany was beyond 5 star, exceptional. She is incredibly caring and patient, she took the time to listen and provide feedback. She throughly went through every treatment option and took time to answer my questions, making sure I was fully confident and understanding in the treatment decision that was made. I am very grateful to have found such a wonderful provider.
As for the office, everyone I spoke to and interacted with was kind and knowledgeable.
I needed bloodwork done and I was able to get that testing done same day, in the same office. My phlebotomist was excellent, very sweet and very good at her job.
Overall, my experience with this office was 5 stars and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new provider.
