What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe in treating the whole person — both mental and physical health matter. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable being heard and involved in your care. While medication management is an important part of treatment, I also value taking time to listen, provide education, and offer support beyond simply prescribing medication. As a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years in healthcare, I am passionate about helping patients feel empowered, balanced, and supported throughout their wellness journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe building trust and rapport is one of the most important parts of the treatment process. I take time to get to know each client, listen to their concerns, and create a supportive, judgment-free environment where they feel comfortable and heard. I work collaboratively with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that fit their unique needs, goals, and lifestyle. While medication management may be part of treatment, I also value patient education, support, and open communication throughout the process.
