My wait time was only 5 minutes. Overall appointment time about 30 minutes. She listened and answered all of my questions. If she didn't know the exact answer or just wanted to be sure/correct, she researched and provided me a correct answer. My procedure was not painful at all. Entire property was clean and everyone was kind!
