“When I discussed my experience with a friend, I explained that I felt confident having a telehealth appointment which allowed me to feel more comfortable and thus more forthcoming. I didn't feel rushed and although this was our initial meeting I felt encouraged to continue my wellness journey and provided with some tools to use along the way. Thank you Brittney”

Getting to know Brittney Rogers

There is always this stigma around mental health—why, who knows. What I do know, though, is that sometimes we need help taking our lives back. Depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mental health disorders, if not properly treated, can result in adverse behaviors such as difficulty sleeping, unhealthy eating habits, negative coping skills, and sometimes substance abuse. I’m here to help you with those problems. By treating from a holistic style, we work on behavior modification, lifestyle changes, and possible medication management. My goal has always been to help those in need, and it’s been far too many who have already suffered from mental health challenges. I hold a Master’s in Nursing from Walden University, a Bachelor’s degree from Auburn University, and an Associate’s degree from Wallace Community College Selma.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My goal for patients has always been to get them to the best version of their selves. Elevating ourselves and what we need help on is never an easy task, but I’ll be here to help you along the way. Patient can expect honesty from me and resolutions.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process simply starts with an assessment, where I come to understand your problem and we determine a goal. After we've identified the problem then there are strategies we'll use to solve those problems.

Brittany is easy to talk to. She actually looks at her previous notes on you, when other's don't bother to do that.

Brittany was a fantastic provider. She was thorough. Curious. And was interested into looking into conditions that were obscure. She made me feel seen and understood. She is also had a great sense of humor which made me feel at ease. Normally I feel reluctant or hesitant and nervous to share my thoughts and feelings but she made me feel so at ease! I’ve had a lot of experience with mental health providers that were negative and she made me feel so comfortable. Brittany is a great provider.
