What should a new client know about working with you?

Appointments are structured so you have space to describe what is happening, then we focus on the symptoms affecting your day-to-day life. I explain findings in everyday language, review the benefits and tradeoffs of each option with you, and only move forward with what you are comfortable trying. Follow-up is used to track progress and change the plan if it is not helping. You should leave each visit knowing the next step.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first visit is simply a chance to understand what you’ve been carrying — your symptoms, sleep, past treatment, medications, and what you wish felt different. You don’t need the perfect explanation. Mental health is work I care about deeply. I believe there is always a way forward, even if it hasn’t shown up yet, and we can look for it together. I’m creative by nature and I think outside the box. I also love art. I believe everyone’s uniqueness has value, and I’m here to support you and help bring some hope back into the picture. I’ll share what I notice and talk through options with you so you know what we can try next. The aim is for you to leave feeling understood, not rushed, and a little less alone in it.
