Dr. Bruce Swickard graduated from Blue Valley High School in 1983 before pursuing higher education at Kansas State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 1987. His thirst for knowledge led him to Cleveland University-Kansas City, formerly known as Cleveland Chiropractic College, where he graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1990. That same year, he started his private practice in Overland Park, KS, where he has been serving the community for over 35 years. Dr. Swickard married his wife, Denise, in 1991, and together they have two sons, Nick and Tommy. Nick, married to Emily, has followed in his father's footsteps and works alongside him in their Overland Park office. Tommy and his wife, Courtney, reside in Bentonville, Arkansas, where he works at Walmart in Inbound Analytics and Visibility. When not in the office, Dr. Swickard often embraces nature and outdoor activities. He has a strong passion for hunting, fishing, boating, golfing, and playing outside. A sports enthusiast, he especially enjoys watching high school athletics and takes great pride in seeing his nieces and nephews compete now that his own children have graduated. His love for chiropractic and natural health care is deeply ingrained, a legacy left by his father, who was also a chiropractor. Dr. Swickard has devoted his life to this path and continues to cherish it, constantly striving to help others discover the health and relief they seek.
