Getting to know Bryan Espinet

I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish. As an adult immigrant to the United States from a developing country, I deeply understand and connect with those who have experienced grief and trauma from leaving their lives behind to improve their own or their family's future. I am passionate about helping those who are misunderstood, those who need an ear to share their pain, and those who simply need someone to listen. I hold an Associate's degree from Miami Dade College, a Bachelor's degree from North Dakota State University, and a Master's in Nursing from Jacksonville University.

Do you feel like you struggle with this constant heaviness inside of you? Do you carry what feels like the weight of the world in your shoulders? Have you struggled with depression, anxiety, panic, trauma, trouble concentrating, struggling to sleep, and just never feeling “just right” for a long time with little relief? Do you feel like no matter how hard you try; your voice is never truly heard.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I would like to provide you with a passionate, compassionate, and caring ear to your concerns. I will do my best to assess your needs and in collaboration with you, build a treatment plan that will improve how you feel. Allowing you to live a more fulfilling, fully enriching life.
