About Bryson O'Neil
Bryson earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Utah State University and began his career working for pharmaceutical companies. He later decided to pursue a more patient-oriented career and set out on a path to become a physician assistant in dermatology, earning his Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia. “I wanted to specialize in an area that allowed me to create ongoing relationships with people and provided me with the opportunity to make a positive impact on people’s lives,” says Bryson. He views his relationship with patients as a partnership. “I seek to establish a rapport with my patients, educate them on the issue, and provide them with options for treatment.”
Bryson evaluates, diagnoses, and treats a variety of skin conditions both medically and surgically. His clinical specialty is skin cancer prevention and treatment, performing skin screenings, and providing patient education.
Fluent in Spanish, Bryson is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and is a Diplomate of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. After practicing in Southern California for over five years, Bryson is thrilled to have landed in the Dallas area, where he provides care in our Keller and Flower Mound clinics.

My visit was in network and verified, before going to my appointment. When I get there, I’m told my the receptionist that it wasn’t verified by my insurance. I call my Doctor that referred me to them and they say it was verified, and she gives me the insurance verification number. The receptionist says she is waiting on her team to get verification of coverage! I jumped through every hoop to get all of this taken care of before my appointment! Why didn’t they? I was very concerned about what the PA ‘s diagnosis was going to be regarding the lesion on my ear! And, I have to be more scared, if my appointment is even going to take place. Additionally, I was prepared to pay my set copay, and the receptionist says they’ll send me a bill. Now, I’m worried about not knowing what they are going to charge me! My previous Dermatologist’s office charged me the known fee each visit. No questions about how much! I’m on a limited budget and I don’t need the stress of not knowing the cost!

I was brought into the room right at my appointment time and it was only a few minutes after the nurse took my information down before Dr. O’Neil came in. He was fantastic! Straight to the point, friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that he didn’t force a follow up too soon unless I have questions or issues that arise. I was in and out in less than 45 mins (including the 20 mins I got there early.) Highly recommend this office and Dr. O’Neil.

I went in to have a mole checked out that ended up needing a biopsy. The staff was extremely friendly & accommodating as I am not the best with needles. They brought me to a new room, had me lay down, & were very kind. I am usually anxious in medical facilities in general, but they were professional, kind, and down to earth. HIGHLY. recommend. Shoutout to Payton (or Peyton) & Dr. Bryson. Yall are the BEST.

I loved this visit. Everything was explained throughly. So much better than the last dermatologist I went to. I will definitely continue to see him. So if you need a dermatologist go see Mr. O’Neil. He has good bedside manners and explains everything In detail. Mr. O’Neil is an excellent doctor.

I clearly stated what I needed BEFORE coming to this appointment. Yet when I got there, I was told that after this visit, I would have to come back to see a DR and then come back again to have this simple procedure done. Seriously? I had the same procedure done in Colorado the same VISIT.. This is one reason why people are paying ridiculous health insurance premiums, unnecessary billing of visits... if you are not certified to do certain procedures, don't waste a person's time and money.

First off SUSAN was amazing. I went to the new Flower Mound clinic, it is very nice. BRYSON , is amazing too. He was kind, and made me feel so much better about my problem. He gave me step by step detailed info without me asking but one question. I can't say enough about these guys . All of them are A+ in their field and I am so grateful I found them. I would give them more stars if I could. Anyone needing a dermatoligict, don't go anywhere else , try them out, you will be happy you did.

Really impressed by Bryson’s knowledge. I’ve been suffering with burning lips for nearly two years. He checked my medication list and found I was having an allergic reaction to a medication I was put on when the burning lips started. No other dermatologist did this and only wanted to freeze burn my lips stating pre-cancerous. My lips stopped burning and peeling IMMEDIATELY after discontinuing the medication I was allergic to. He also checked other areas of concern and scheduled a follow up for a total body scan. Bryson is so smart! Love his attitude!
