Getting to know Buffy Bolin

Perhaps your current treatment is no longer helping, you are returning to care after time away, or you are looking for a provider who will listen carefully and explain your options. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and have worked in nursing since 2010. I provide telehealth psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive care for Tennessee children ages 8 and older, adolescents, and adults. I help patients with a broad range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood changes, trauma-related symptoms, sleep difficulties, and conditions that may overlap or feel difficult to sort out.
My approach is warm, thorough, and straightforward. I take time to understand what you are experiencing, review what has and has not helped, and develop a treatment plan that fits your needs and feels realistic.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
