She is an amazing doctor and person. Always caring and ready to help. But I've been waiting 3 days for results to see if I have infection and still haven't heard back. I've never had to wait this long before. No nurse has gotten back to me when I requested a call

Caitlin was incorrectly listed as an OB-GYN on Zocdoc, so I was unable to get the procedure I needed. However, Caitlin was very helpful and tried to get me in with a GYN and still looked through my file and noticed I hadn't had a physical in quite some time (no insurance). The physical was standard, but I was very happy with how thorough she was with her questions and how it felt like we were having a non-judgmental conversation about my health rather than her checking boxes on a list. I was actually really impressed, as my experience with Crystal Run has been hit or miss in the past. I left the appointment and immediately called a friend who has had similar issues with finding a PCP and recommended Caitlin to her. Though I was frustrated about the appointment mix-up, Caitlin made me feel as though I hadn't wasted my time and I will definitely being using her going forward!

Caitlin Lakeman is a very caring and kind woman. She goes over everything with you and checks you all over. You can tell that she really cares about her patients. My daughter and two grandchildren go to her, and they really like her. Thats why I switched to her myself.
