About Dr. Caitlin Painchaud
Dr. Caitlin Painchaud is the Chiropractic Physician at Aligned Modern Health - Chicago. Dr. Painchaud is a board certified Chiropractic Physician and physiotherapist as well as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP). She is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic where she obtained her doctorate of Chiropractic Degree and has a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University, Go Green!
Dr. Painchaud strives to redefine the approach to healing and provide care that restores the function of the neuro-musculoskeletal system. She specializes in functional movements, joint dysfunction and symmetry to improve athletic performances from any sport/exercise to moms-to-be preparing to have baby. Dr. Painchaud has worked with all levels of athletes including professional athletes in the MLB, NHL and NFL. Executing full training and rehab programs and working alongside the teams athletic trainers preparing them for their season. She is also Webster certified and loves helping women feel great during their pregnancy as well as post-partum recovery.
Dr. Painchaud is a second degree black belt in Shotokan Karate and a world class competitor. She has had the honor to compete on the United States National Competition team at the Pan-American Championships among other international competitions. In her free time she enjoys working out and lifting at her gym, rock climbing, biking, cooking and hiking.

I saw Dr. Painchaud recently for some mid-back stiffness and neck pain. It was a pleasure going through my issues with her because I could tell that she was really listening to what I was saying. She explained what she thought was happening and walked me through what my treatment would look like going forward. She spoke clearly and explained things simply.
My stiffness was almost completely gone after the first treatment. Some of the neck pain was still there, but that improved more as the day went on. I still have more work to do with her, but I am looking forward to continuing her plan because I know I will feel even better.

Dr. P has changed my life. Her wealth of knowledge on any type of issue is so reassuring. I recently had a baby and she was the one who told me I had ab separation (otherwise I would have had no idea!) I know I’m in great hands to heal this. She has helped me feel so much better mentally and physically, and trust her 100%!

Dr Painchaud is OUTSTANDING. I had severe neck pain following a crossfit injury. Ive jad thos numerous times ans seen multiple chiropractors in the past. She is the first to quickly, and accurately diagnose the condition. I was better in a few short weeks instead of months. Cant give enough stars!
