Absolutely terrible service. Did not contact me prior to appointment with video link so I could not see them

I feel like the doctor didn’t listen to anything I said which led to me not receiving the care I needed.

I was waiting in the waiting room for my appointment for 25 minutes when I got a call from a scheduler saying they needed to reschedule me because my insurance benefits could not be verified. I never heard from my provider. This information should have been provided in advance of my appointment time, not 25 minutes late. Will be avoiding Talkiatry practice.
