About Caitlyn O'Neil
Caitlyn Progebin, MSN, WHNP-BC is a licensed and Board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She was born and raised in Sacramento, California. She graduated from Macalester College in Saint Paul, Minnesota in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, where she played collegiate volleyball. Passionate about women’s health, she pursued postgraduate studies as a nurse practitioner. She completed her clinical training and received her Master of Science in Nursing degree at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. Since graduating, Caitlyn has worked at a Federally Qualified Heath Center, where she provided OB/GYN care to uninsured women in the greater Louisville, Kentucky area. She joined The Woman’s Health Pavilion in 2021.

The provider asked relevant questions about family history, answered questions, and inquired if I would like additional tests to rule out family history of medical issues. My appt was wonderful and so was my provider. I was nervous and she really calmed me by asking if I had any questions, and explaining the process of what we were doing during my appt. Lovely bedside manner and clean facility. The woman who drew my blood was also great and made it so easy. Thank you for making these appointments as easy as can be.

Aside from the fact that they had me fill out all the paperwork that I had already submitted online, the visit went well. My appointment was 5:15, I was seen by 5:30. My provider, Ms. O’Neil was thorough and listened to my concerns. I wouldn’t say that her bedside manner was warm, but I’ll take competent over warm any day. Perhaps she was thrown off by my commenting that she was so much taller than her pic appeared;)
Overall, good communicator, absolutely painless Pap test and I would recommend to any person seeking Gyn care.

I have always thought Pap smears were painful before I went to Dr. O’Neil - Seriously the easiest gyno appointment I’ve ever experienced! Both the doctor and the staff were so sweet and made me feel really comfortable. I drove a half hour for this appt and I’m going to do it again for my next check up bc it was worth it

Dr O’Neil was so gentle, I’ve never had an experience like this in all my previous visits for an annual (different doctors/locations) prior to visiting the WHP. I’m so happy I chose to see Dr. O’Neil, getting an annual can be a traumatic experience, has been for me with other doctors/locations because of how rough they can be. Finally I won’t be afraid to get an annual.

Honestly the best OBGYN experience I’ve ever had. She was so attentive to my concerns and she turned something that has typically been a pretty physically painful experience into no big deal. I would recommend her without question!
