Excellent and expedient care. I was able to get my ear issues checked out, to have an immediate audiology test on the spot to determine hearing loss, and to get a prescription for the care I needed. The people in the office work quickly and efficiently—prescriptions were written right away and I was able to pick up my meds within 2 hours of leaving the appointment.

I came in for crackling caused by fluid in the ear and Dr. Fan knew right away what the problem was. He clearly articulated using a diagram the parts of my inner ear for me so that I understood and used camera equipment to show me in real time what was causing the problem in my ear and nose. I also worked with an Audiologist and their sound booth to diagnose the hearing loss. The procedure was efficient, and I wasn't kept waiting long before or after my appointment. I was given clear instructions on what I need to do to hopefully resolve the problem (saline solution wash with steroids to address inflammation) and was able to make a follow up appointment day of. He even addressed my financial concerns by highlighting an over-the-counter option to the steroids if my insurance couldn't cover the prescription. The office as a whole was very welcoming and polite.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Fan. From the moment I was sent back into the examination room, his assistant Laterrence was friendly and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. I went in for an ear issue, and Dr. Fan quickly diagnosed it as basically an eczema of the ear. He was thorough and gentle, cleaned my ears, and prescribed a cream to help resolve the issue.
Dr. Fan has an excellent bedside manner and a calm, pleasant demeanor. He clearly explained everything and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the visit. I left feeling relieved, well cared for, and confident in the treatment plan.

Dr. Fan really cares about helping to solve a patients problem they come in with, even if his evaluation suggest something other than an ENT issue. He will give you a clear path forward to help you solve whatever health issue you have presented to him. In addition, he is friendly, clear, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable & heard in my appt.

Amazing doctor, amazing staff, Dr Fan’s medical assistant is the friendliest most professional I have ever met. I wish I could remember her name, she was so lovely. The receptionist was so nice too, just a delight! I was so early for my appointment and I didn’t mind waiting but they squeezed me in earlier. I get so nervous about going to new doctors but this was shockingly wonderful. Dr Fan is so warm and friendly, explaining everything so clearly, so efficient and seamless. I’ve never left a review before on zocdoc but I just couldn’t let it go unexpressed how nice that visit was.

Dr Fan is energetic and knowledgeable. I was a bit overwhelmed by all of the information he shared and how fast he went. I need ample time to process what a doctor is sharing and would like more time to share my relevant medical history. I’m aware this is how most specialists and surgeons are, but it’s challenging for me and not how I prefer to receive care. There were multiple questions that I didn’t get to ask because I felt rushed.
