Getting to know Caleb Hawkins

I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Family Science from Utah Valley University and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. I specialize in working with couples, teens, adults, and families facing trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, and relational challenges. I use evidence-based approaches including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients heal and move forward. I believe the family is the most important social unit in society—and that the world was created for family. I’m passionate about helping people reconnect, grow, and create lasting change. Above all, I’m a husband and a father, and those roles continue to inspire my work every day.
