Hello, my name is Dr. Calissa Earle, DNP, APRN, and I am a family nurse practitioner and the owner of Infinite Wellness Care LLC.
I provide telehealth psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults across South Carolina using a HIPAA-compliant platform. My focus is on helping patients stabilize symptoms related to anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and other psychiatric conditions through thoughtful, evidence-based medication treatment.
I work collaboratively with primary care providers and therapists to support continuity of care and timely access to psychiatric services. I am currently accepting new referrals and new patients for telehealth medication management.
