Grounding before every encounter is essential to the many factors of healing and a lifelong journey of recovery. I earned my Master's in Family Nursing Practice from Herzing University, completed psychiatric mental health nursing training at Regis College, and hold a Bachelor's degree from Grand Canyon University. These experiences have shaped my holistic approach to care. Let's take the journey together, understanding that healing is not a destination but a process of maturing to the next level of being our authentic selves.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

An initial assessment will provide the foundation for the healing journey to take place . During this process, the healing will occur organically while we ( us) will take the journey together. The process will continue with monthly follow up appointments ranging from medication management to holistic alternatives to assist with the healing process.
