Currently, we do not accept health insurance. However, we offer various payment options to make our services accessible. We believe in providing affordable care and are open to discussing financial arrangements that suit your situation. Yes, even though we don’t accept insurance, we can provide you with a 'superbill.' A superbill is a detailed invoice or receipt that includes all services rendered, associated fees, dates of service, appropriate diagnosis codes, and any other relevant details from your visit. Patients typically use this superbill to seek reimbursement from their insurance company for out-of-network services. It helps insurance companies understand the services provided and process claims accordingly. We’re dedicated to understanding your unique mental health needs and providing personalized psychiatric care that makes a difference. Our empathetic and client-focused approach ensures you feel heard, respected, and supported throughout your mental health journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We’ll get to know each other during your first visit through conversation—no monotonous paperwork or questionnaires to complete while we’re together. My promise to you, from your first session to your last: You’ll have my undivided attention, and you’ll never find me typing away on a computer or rushing you through a session. We’re in this together.
