This was my first general consultation, and I was highly impressed with the staff. I’m looking forward to my next visit in hopes to transfer to them as my new primary care physician. I truly feel like they listened to me, and want to learn more about how they can help with my current medical concerns. I have a really good feeling about this place and I hope that this is my forever physician home. Let’s face it, life is rough and we could all use a bit of understanding and empathy. Incompetent and a waste of a doctors title. Talked to me for five minutes and sent me in my way. Wasted my time and was charged for absolutely nothing! Cameron did not listen to my concerns. I had to ask for pain meds because she doesn’t know what she was doing.
Would NOT recommend this lady at all ever. Had to go to the ER to figure out what was going on which could’ve been avoided if she did her job! She could’ve done a simple test at the office but did not want to help me and did not listen to my concerns!

I felt that the appointment was a waste of time. I went in for an issue listed on the “areas of expertise” list but was told by PA Cameron they don’t do paps which was weird because how can you get an idea of the problem if you’re not examining? I was told to go have labs taken at another location a few minutes away. I was offered a RX for a medication I explained id already taken from a previous doctor. Again no exam was done. The front desk assistant told me the visit total ..smh wow is all I will say. ..for me to tell my symptoms to the PA and her to check my heart/breathing. I just wish that they’d told me before I went in to the appointment my copayment amount AND that they don’t do exams. That would have saved so much time. I won’t be going back.

Cameron Payne and her staff are incredible! I immediately felt comfortable after meeting with the intake nurse, as she was so understanding and funny! I loved her! I am not someone who enjoys going to the doctor, so having her ease my anxiety right away was so helpful. Cameron was also exactly who I needed to ease my anxiety and listen to my concerns. I am blown away by the compassion and care I received, and am so appreciative. I would visit these two again and again, and can now say I am not afraid to go to the doctor's office!
