I went to this dermatologist hoping for actual help with my skin concerns, but the entire appointment felt like a complete waste of time and money. I specifically asked her to review my skincare routine and give me guidance, and she completely brushed it off. No feedback, no suggestions, nothing. Just vague comments like “looks fine” and then moved on.
She didn’t ask meaningful questions, didn’t seem interested in what was going on with my skin, and barely looked at the problem areas I came in to discuss. It honestly felt like she wanted to get me in and out as fast as possible. I left with no answers, no plan, and more frustrated than when I walked in.
To make it worse, her attitude was cold and dismissive. Zero bedside manner. No effort to listen or actually understand what I needed. If you’re looking for someone who actually takes the time to help you, look elsewhere. She didn’t care, didn’t listen, and didn’t do anything beyond maybe five minutes of rushed, half-hearted advice.

As a new patient, I was nervous at first since my experience with dermatologists hasn’t always been the best. The appointment went really well, and I was able to get a sound treatment plan along with an actual diagnosis for my seasonal rash. In less than a week, my skin is already feeling and looking much better so all I can say is that I appreciate y’all.

I had a great experience during my visit with PA Camila at Water's Edge! She took the time to listen, addressed all my concerns, and communicated a very clear plan of treatment. She also made sure that I was comfortable with the treatment plan. The staff were also incredibly helpful and kind!

Prior to arriving for this new patient appointment, I was contacted 3x to take an earlier appointment with Camila Yepes (I guess people cancel often). On the day of my appointment, I drove an hour roundtrip to/from this office and waited over 50 minutes to be seen (then decided to leave without being seen). The receptionist had me fill out multiple forms (some redundant) which were not sent ahead of time. After about twenty minutes, I was taken to a room where I explained the reason for my visit and questions I had. Then I was left there for about a half hour. When I explained that it was taking too long to be seen by Camila Yepes, they offered no apology. When I asked for my file to be deleted, I was told my information can't be deleted, the account can only be deactivated and that it was "done". When I asked for confirmation of this deactivation, she told me she's never had to do that before. This office lacks transparency, thorough communication, & respect for people's time/privacy.

The office and provider were friendly and well mannered. My only reason for the low review is because it was not written or disclaimed anywhere that this was a primarily Spanish speaking office. I had quite a hard time communicating my issues with the provider and even then was unsure if my issues were fully understood. She did her best to speak English and communicate with me but I would have never booked with this provider had I known this would be an issue beforehand.

Amazing experience! I had a really bad eczema flare up on my eyes where I could barely open them. I went on Zocdoc the night before hoping I could find a good dermatologist and I was able to book an appointment for the next morning. I was so happy I could find a doctor to see me so soon. She prescribed a cream and ointment and it literally went away in 2-3 days. I was in and out super quick and the staff was very nice and welcoming. I’ll be recommending to anyone needing a dermatologist.

I had a wonderful experience at Waters edge dermatology. I got there a little early and they took me within five minutes. Whitney the nurse explained things to me and was very good listener. Dr. Camilla came in and listen to everything I had issues with made suggestions and prescribed meds to make me feel better, I couldn’t have had a better experience than I had that day. I am so pleased that since I just moved here I have found my dermatologist in Dr. Camilla.

The main reason I went with this office was that someone answered the phone when I first called, none of that someone will call you back when we get around to it. The Dr. and the staff were professional and personable.
