Because we accept insurance, we can reduce out-of-pocket expenses and still offer high-quality care. You may not have any cost related to your visit with us, depending upon your insurance plan. Most patients pay a small copay per visit, subject to any deductible or coinsurance that your health plan has. The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services determines appropriate billing guidelines. These guidelines depend on the length of the visit and the complexity and severity of your diagnosis. For this reason, we need to wait until after the visit for the final determination. We then submit the claim to your insurance company. The charges are calculated based upon pre-negotiated prices with your insurance company. Your insurance company will then determine what amount, if any, is your responsibility per your insurance plan.

This was total rubbish I had two confirmations for my appointment. No one contacted me and when I finally got a hold of someone, they said my appointment had been canceled. Thanks a lot for nothing. You better not charge my insurance for this garbage totally disappointed.

Happy I found her!
She was extremely nice and helpful. It turned out that I live in NJ and her license is in NY so she would not be able to write me a prescription so she went way out of her way to find me a Dr that was licensed in NJ before ending our session. She could of easily said go back online and find another Dr. The other thing I really liked was my appointment was for 2pm and 2pm sharp she was online. It was very professional and even though I couldn't be evaluated it was still a great experience. The only negative is that she was so nice but I couldn't use her as my Dr.

Dr. Maldonado the best. She listens to you and is compassionate about her patients health, I don't think I would be able to talk to anyone else and be as comfortable
