About Camille Zeltmann

I’m a registered dietitian with over a decade of experience spanning food service, community health, medical nutrition therapy (MNT), and clinical nutrition. I’m well-versed in delivering evidence-based nutrition education across all age groups, from pediatrics to geriatrics. I have a strong background in weight management and in the prevention and management of metabolic diseases, and I’m passionate about empowering clients through accessible, practical nutrition strategies. In addition to my clinical work, I’ve led healthy cooking classes that emphasize budget-friendly, quick, and easy meal preparation. I love helping individuals and families build confidence in the kitchen while making nutritious choices that fit their lifestyle and resources. I believe in a Health at Every Size (HAES) philosophy and take a person-centered approach in all of my work. I’m committed to providing individualized nutrition care that respects each client’s unique goals, cultural background, and health needs.
