The actual service was not bad. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this provider or office due to the poor office organization, administration amd communication.
I did not recieve a confirmation for my appointment, which was fine. However, Its been 3 weeks since my appointment, and I have reached out at least 5 times times regarding lab results to no avail.
Additionally, despite me updating my information several times, they continue have the incorrect phone number on file (even though the nurse has called me and the office staff "updated" my number 3 times).
Overall, very poor administration, organization, and communication. The service is fine but the follow up is horrendous.

My experience with this office was awful. I hate a 10:15 appointment. Only to be called back at 10:50. To be told the provider I booked an appointment with. Does NOT do said procedure. I should have been notified prior to me coming all the way to the office and waiting for so long. The lack of communication turned me off. I will not come here again.
