“This initial experience was a bit frustrating. As a first time expecting mother, it was important to me to have someone who looked like me. After doing extensive research through my insurance, I came across Candace Goodwyn.
Unfortunately when I got to my first prenatal appointment, she wasn’t there and I was instead seen by another obgyn who was not the warmest person. This obviously pissed me off right away but due to the great reviews of this establishment I chose to stay for the remainder of my appointment.
It is important for me to build relationships with my obgyn, especially during this exciting time in my life. I am not sure if I will be seeing the provider I have now for the remainder of my pregnancy. Moving forward, it would be helpful if patients knew in advance that the person they specifically booked for would be unavailable, so a decision can be made.

This is the best doc I have had in a long time! Dr. Goodwyn was personable, friendly, and she made me feel comfortable. She addressed all my concerns and made me feel “normal.”
She will definitely be my long term physician.

I was not seen by the provider I booked. I was in there for almost 3 hours. No one was able to draw my blood. I was tortured I left very disappointed but the provider I did see was nice.

Dr. Goodwyn and the staff at True-health were pleasant and friendly. It was a quick process in being seen. Everyone was attentive and helpful. I would recommend the office.

Extremely clean and spacious office. Staff was warm and kind and helped me with checking in. The practitioner was very kind and professional. She listened and answered questions and was clear with communicating. There was also NOT a long wait which is a first for me. It ish I would have found her sooner.
