Great service. Looking forward to progress and next visit. I am glad I book an appointment. That helped me so much. Canh-Lien listened and cares. She listened fully and provided items I can work on to improve my weight. Her guidance was smart. She gave my calorie intake based on my weight gain. Explained it. Ways to eat, goals for exercise. Understanding of which foods to eat, when, and in which sequence. She heard my budget and tried to provide me understanding and item to work on. She was so kind, very warm, personable, relatable, and very knowledgeable. I am excited to use my new knowledge and guidance and can’t wait to provide her updates on my progress and hopefully in a few months before and after pictures. This was an amazing experience provided me a path to my goals. This was worth it. Thank you so much, Canh-Lien.
