About Cara Lundy

Cara’s interest in nutrition began in 2020 when navigating her own food allergies and gut health challenges. She takes an individualized, holistic approach, working collaboratively with clients to safely expand their diets, manage chronic symptoms, and build lasting nutrition habits and confidence. Her training in Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) supports individuals managing IBS, SIBO, Celiac, GERD, gastroparesis, chronic bloating, histamine intolerance, food allergies, constipation, autoimmune disease, heart disease, preventative wellness, and more. Additionally, as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Cara loves combining nutrition science with movement to help active individuals fuel their physical strength and metabolic health without triggering digestive flare-ups. Cara earned her Bachelor of Arts in Health Sciences from the University of Iowa and her Master of Science in Nutrition from the University of Illinois-Chicago. Cara enjoys running, fitness classes, snowboarding, crafts, concerts, traveling, and spending time with her new puppy.
