I am a pediatric/adult dietitian who’s passionate about helping children and women feel their best through real nutrition. I love working with families to tackle challenges with their children such as slow weight gain, food allergies, digestive issues, picky eating, and even eating disorders. Watching kids thrive with the right support is the best part of what I do! In my practice, I also work closely with women during the preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum seasons in their lives, helping them feel confident in nourishing themselves and their growing little ones. Nutrition needs can vary wildly during each stage of pregnancy, so my goal is to educate and provide support on how to meet these needs and feel their best. At the heart of it all, my goal is simple: to help children and women flourish through every season of life. With 5+ years of experience in both adult and pediatric nutrition, I am ready to serve you as your dietitian!
