I am a board certified and registered dietitian that graduated with a degree in nutrition from the University of Idaho. I completed my internship in Idaho as well, and have recently relocated to CA to grow my practice. My experience began with pediatric and adult eating disorders in the clinical (inpatient/outpatient) setting, utilizing Family Based Treatment (FBT) and Intuitive Eating (IE). In my practice I have adopted a non-diet and Health at Every Size (HAES) approach to encourage every client of mine to feel more at peace with their body and relationship with food. Most recently, I took on more than eating disorders and fell in love with working for the pediatric population as a whole. I am expected to gain my Certification of Specialty in Pediatrics (CSP) in February 2024. Lastly, I have a passion for working in prenatal and postnatal nutrition to optimize health for baby and mother. In whatever way I can serve you, I promise that I will be a dietitian that cares for your (or your child's) individual needs, sets goals that are realistic and achievable, and provides evidenced-based, gold standard care to my clients.
