“I had insects bite that was infected and made me sick. I called my PCP office 5 times before they answered, yo be told they couldn’t see me ask me to try this urgent care. I went on the website and was able to get an appointment right away. The Dr & Nurse were very nice, infection was lance, cleaned and she called in antibiotics for me which I was able to get started on right away. I had much better care here than my PCP. This was very accessible for me, I received excellent care.”

Mathew was my nurse technician and helped eliminate a hemotin on the back of my head. I had fallen the week before and was treated by Alfa Bates hospital in Berkeley. I came to Carbon to get my staples out and Mathew drained the hematoma of two tablespoons of blood which eliminated it and put in new stitches. Mathew was very caring and did an excellent job. My insurance provider had changed and I figured my new information before my appointment was over. The front desk lady said she couldn’t do anything and said I would be billed full amount. Gave me a billing email and said contact them. No response to the email and every time I’ve called the for billing I’m on hold forever and then it finally hangs up. It’s a bummer you would have such poor service.

I would refer my friend to this clinic. The place was very clean and tidy. Wait time was short. The team was nice and the nurses was very kind and friendly and they made sure I was comfortable. The provider was knowledgeable and very professional, he was very detailed and friendly and he made sure I was well taking care of. I found this place through ZocDoc from a TV commercial ad so I decided to searched it. This was my first visit but overall am very satisfied with the visit.
