The PA did not request my medication record and prescribed something that was contraindicated by one of my meds. Good thing it was caught by the pharmacist.

I came in with flu symptoms. (Same as my husband who was diagnosed with a rapid test) I asked for tamiflu script and was given a nasal swab test. Thus far - 4 days later I have no results for the test.

The wait time was too long. I went in after making an appointment and still had to wait for so long. My appointment was for 2:45 pm and the doctor came to see me well after 3:30. While booking an appointment there were appointments available for 3:00 and 3:15. Whoever is responsible for managing appointments should have not let people book until the back-log is cleared.

Doctor seemed to waste my time for almost an hour just to tell me he couldn’t help me and for me to go get allergy medication. Didn’t seem too interested in helping me solve my issue or problem, but was quick to send me off with basic solutions that I could’ve gotten on google without spending over an hour in the room waiting.
Unhappy and will definitely not be returning to this location
