The experience wasn't so great. The representative blurted out my personal situation in front of other patients. She did not acknowledge confidentiality at all. Then when i get in the back the doctor told me i had to swab my own genital area because they don't do that there. But literally on the website specifies they do, do it there, that's the reason why i went. But overall all the staff members were extremely nice and kind

Awesome staff. Zero wait time. Clean environment.
We were seen by the dr immediately and were in and out literally within minutes with our diagnosis and script had been sent to the pharmacy before we even left the parking lot.

I love how organized Carbon Health is. Usually I find myself having to wait over 45 minutes at other offices, but Carbon Health ensures that they are prepared for you at the time you booked your appointment. The doctors were very communicative and empathetic. They truly want to figure out what's wrong and find the best solution for you. They are quick and efficient and I would definitely recommend them.

This was my first visit at this location. The office was clean and refreshing. The entire staff was helpful and very friendly. Dr. Sebastian was knowledgeable of his craft. His mannerism was warm and not cold as some doctors can be. He took his time to explain my issues with me and also what to do if there was no improvement. Excellent visit.

It was an urgent appointment I had to make and zocdoc helped me schedule one literally just in 15 min which was exceptional. The office I went to was also extraordinary great, wait time was less than 30 min and doctors and the staff were really considerate and experienced. I highly recommend Zocdoc and carbon health urgent care.
