I returned home from my appointment to a voicemail from the provider at Carbon Health. She stated that there was something "very important" that she had neglected to discuss with me. So, naturally I returned the call. The staff person who answered the phone was rude. Then, when she returned to the line, I explained the reason for my call, stating, "I'm returning Rachel's call." The receptionist stated that Rachel was with a patient, but that she would call right back. I waited until about ten minutes prior to their close of business and called again only to be given the same BS that Rachel would call me back. Well, Rachel never called me back. But my limbs haven't fallen off and my skin has not turned blue, so, I guess that whatever "very important" information she had to discuss with me must not have been very important after all. I guess I'll live. I hope.

While there was an unfortunate wait the staff was respectful and I was made aware of waiting time. Dr was pleasant and once the appointment happened the treatment was good and Dr communicated instructions clearly. Unfortunately because of delay my pharmacy was closed before I got there so medication not immediately available. All in all though a good experience

The visit was easy to schedule and once I got there the process was even easier. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The Dr was easy to talk to and what stands out for me she was in no rush and we enjoyed some time just talking. Having a provider that shows kindness and genuine interest in patient I would recommend this office to everyone. My daughter also takes her three sons there when needed and she too is impressed with the office and staff.

I was happy with my visit. I was a little misled because I thought I was going to a chiropractic pain management place. According to Zocdoc they provided those type of services. They were very friendly and provided the Band-Aid in the meantime thank you.

I saw Courtney the PA and she was very thorough and had an excellent bedside manner. She was not an alarmist and she answered all of my questions. She tried to put me at ease.

I had to wait for over an hour after my scheduled appointment time, patients who arrived after I did were seen before me, and patients without appointments waited for less time overall than I did, all for the provider to tell me there was nothing wrong and offer no solution.
