The staff has an attitude as if they did not want to be there. I came in for thinking I had the flu and was given diarrhea medicine. Really didn’t listen to my concerns.

Front desk was extremely helpful and the doctor was easy to talk to and seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say. He didn't rush me out like some other urgent cares I have been to. If I come back from Texas and live in California I would definitely make them may PCP.

The office was very clean, the staff was friendly and I was able to ask all of the questions I had. I had to wait about 20 minutes even though I had an appointment, but it wasn't too bad. I would definitely go back.

I was pleasantly surprised with Carbon Health. I was worried about going to an Urgent Care for a specific doctor visit (instead of an emergency) but they were welcoming and handled everything quickly and easily for me.

They a really great here they quite literally saved my life. I’m really grateful for this whole team and would 10/10 recommend this practice to everyone. Efficient and caring doctors made this experience so comfortable when I was ill.
