“I saw a PA who was very professional, listened to my concerns and suggested my next steps. Took some tests and off I went.
The office is not that clean and the floorboards are missing tiles. In the bathroom there was no toilet paper, no paper towels and no sanitary seat covers. However as soon as I mentioned this it was taken care of immediately.”

I was able to book an appointment on a Sunday when I needed to see physician and I was in and out of the office in 30 minutes with the antibiotics I needed.

Failed to call in presceiption, waited one hour at pharmacy then had to call Carbon, then waited for prescription to be filled.

The advertising is not correct regarding this clinic? According to the information provided on-line, there is a cardiologist at the clinic. I paid to find the doctor recommending me to go to ER. A little disappointing. Other than that, very friendly staff.

The person at the front desk was friendly but the health care providers did not introduce themselves or provide any clarity on who they were (nurse? PA? Dr?) once in the exam room. I did not feel that my symptoms were considered or addressed appropriately. One very visible symtpom that I inquired about was completely unaddressed & no opportunity to ask questions or gain an understanding of what my diagnosis was or what I should be doing other than a note in an app re: an optional Rx (sent to the wrong pharm) was provided. I had expressed to the provider that I was unclear and had questions, but was not given the opportunity to gain clarity. I left this center feeling confused, unheard, and untreated. I know it's a busy time and healthcare providers are overworked, but It was an invalidating experience during a time I felt vulnerable. I will not be returning, nor would I recommend anyone else to the clinic or Carbon Health.

When I arrived , I was told the provider had left because they tested positive and so I had to have the appointment by video. It is not Ideal , but I had no choice. I would recomend if this happens the patient should be contacted and given the choice to change the appointment.
