The Dr was very caring and explained everything to me as she did it..she listened to me and understand!. The office staff was rude and uncaring..I was very hurt by how I was treated by the front deask..I don't know if I will go back due to the horrible was treated by office lady.
But I would certainly go back for Dr..can't u train your front desk people to be considerate, and understanding.. That people who come in are sick and having to deal with that..please please ..thank u

It is easy to make an appointment online and there is no wait to be seen. It is comforting to know that medical help is available whenever a need arises. I also appreciate that they make referrals when appropriate like the ER or a specialist.

It seemed as though they were busy, so check-in was very fast but I had to wait a while before they saw me. However, everyone was very friendly. I had been using another Urgent Care across the Jersey Shore Hospital for a few years and they are not pleasant and everyone who works there is so angry, I did not experience that with this facility which was a welcomed surprise.

Everything was slow moving . The people in the office had no sense of urgency- zero customer service skills. Also, had to remind them over and over again that we were waiting on test results. The girl behind the desk was very rude when I asked what pharmacy the script was going to. The girl that took my daughter’s vitals had zero personality and was extremely unwelcoming. The PA was just ok. I will never step foot in this establishment again and I will make sure to let my friends know about this horrible experience.
