got me in and out and not in a good way. they charge before even being seen. went in to get a check-up for stitches and they didnt even bother removing the bandage to actually see it

I had an excellent experience with FNP-C Lisa at this clinic. I had injured my ankle from tripping & she immediately sent me for x-ray to check. I had 2 fractures & needed to immobilise my ankle/foot asap to stop further damage. Lisa made very clear, comprehensive notes about the situation.
I felt listened to & cared for by a true professional. Highly recommend for important health needs. Thanks!

Ease on-boarding with the front office staff. Very short wait before being call to the exam room. Pre exam completed fast and efficiently. Primary Care inside the exam room in almost no time. Communicative, complete, and professional.

This place was amazing! The receptionist was very pleasant, and took my information right away with no problem. I barely sat down, and I was called back for my pre-check and vitals. The assistant was wonderful and patient. The wait time before my provider came in was very very short. I can’t remember My providers name, but she was so friendly, down to earth, and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She was patient with me and even shared personal stories similar to mine. The facility was extremely clean, neat and organized. This will be the place I will always come back to you when I have an urgent care need.

Actually awful. Sent my perscription to the wrong place and I went to the right place to get it and they didn't have it either. They ended up not sending my prescription out at all.

Everyone was very nice and I was seen right away! It was easy to book an appointment and my insurance was accepted. The app makes it so easy to communicate after the appointment for any prescriptions and even direct communication with my Doctor. Highly recommended!

When I walked in no one at front desk. Heard a voice down the hallway saying they’d be right with me but not true, no apology for delay or welcome.. location could not do work up and had no diagnosis but only treated systems with prescriptions., very disappointed and a waste of money.

My experience booking through so doc was amazing. I simply booked the appointment and showed up. Carbon Health took my ID and Insurance card. No co-payment needed, my insurance was accepted and I was seen right away.
