The medical.assistant was not at all helpful. I wasn't aware that I needed my medical providers authorization before to be seen in urgent care. Although she ended up speaking to my medical.navigayor she was reluctant and after the visit , when I went to collect the visit summary and prescription she gave the look, why are you here? What do you want now? Kinda. Bit.more empathy will help. Also the nurse who saw me had no emotions , he came, listened, checked prescribed and left

Carbon Urgent Care was great. Reception - friendly Wait was not long. You can make an appointment on line or by phoning the receptionist. Person who screens you- showed great interest and was efficient. Dr was great. Listened, was gentle and I felt very confident with his care and instructions Premise was spacious and clean. Easy parking. If I lived in NoCA I would definitely go back. Highly recommend.
